Hi, I'm Barb and I'm glad to find an active message board for people with anxiety like me. I live in western Washington and have been happily married for 2 and a half years. No kids yet, but we have cats, so we're practicing. :) I was diagnosed with PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Attacks and Social Phobia over a year ago, but my anxiety goes way back to being a child, just wasn't diagnosed until recently. Anyway, I'm happy to be here.
