Hi I'm Lisa...new to this site!

Hello! I am Lisa and am 22 yrs old. I'm engaged and have a 2 yr old son. My father was shot and killed 5 months ago, so thats really been tough. But it makes you realize that tomorow is promissed to no one and each and every day is a blessing!
My son gets into anything and everything in his reach! I am so thankful for him though, because he is the reason I have something to look forward to every day! Anxiety runs pretty highly in my family. I do have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD and Panic Disorder, which I am being treated for. I'd love to find other ways than taking pills to deal with my anxiety but nothings worked so far, so I will stick with my pills for now!
I try to always stay positive and look at the good side of every situation, and well there ya have it! Hope to get to meet some nice people on here so I'll be looking forward to your responses!

Welcome, welcome to the forum. Nice to know u have a cute little 2 yr old son, good luck with ur family. sorry to hear re ur health symptoms but who doesn't have one, eh?. It's just a positive thinking towards life which brings a cure for everything. And to take a good side of it, if you didn't had this symptoms, you wouldn't have joined this forum, isn't it?:).
So we really hope u share lots of information here and get lots of things back to lead a life full of happiness and excitement.

Well u know the site is just 1 month old and most of the registered users are inactive or waiting for someone to post. Hopefully with active members like u and others, we will take the forum to healthy looking community.:)
