this is a real story of a guy named Jonathan Krasick which i read last week in a newspaper and i really loved it and found it to be helpful and encouraging one , so i decided to post it and i want all of u to read it and reply me back .
I have been experiencing anxiety and panic attacks since a young age. I was especially frightened by the panic attacks since it felt like I was going to die. The anxiety made it hard to relate socially because I was anxious a lot.
Two years ago I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. It was such a relief to know it had a name! Recently, this year, I was further diagnosed with panic disorder. Again there was great relief to put a name on what was wrong.
I have talk therapy, and I use a combination of breathing exercises and meditation which are both very helpful and effective.
The meditation has helped to return me towards my spiritual path and this has been of great comfort to me.
It is comforting to remind yourself, or be reminded, that there is a higher power overlooking everything and that there is a reason for everything, including mental illness.
So just know that there is help available and that there is hope. Keep on smiling!
thanks,
