Hi I am new to the forum

Hello, to everyone on here.

I have been looking for some type of forum, that could possibly help or advise me with my fear of going out, as I have been in home now for 3 years:( not good huh.

My outside world consists of my lappy (laptop) & I am hoping along with many other things I suffer from that you may be able to help me.
I am nervous now just writing this, but i need to start somewhere :)

Hope to hear from you if possibly, as I don't know where on the forum & with my luck would post in the wrong places.

hello lil sis , ur most welcome and it feel sad when u hear abt someone who has not been to the outerworld for so much time ( i.e 3 yrs) , well we all here would really like to help u out , but for that we need to hear more from u , so pls post some more abt ur fear and its history .
