I'm Back With Bang

hello everybody , i'm sam and i have been a member of these forum from last one yr and due to these forum and the members and of course our very own admin mr minxy , i have been able to become normal and i enjoyed been here , the admin been supportive and the members have been really friendly and helpfull , well i was not active in this forum for last few month , but now i'm back and now i would be active and i have already surf the forum , its look new and there are manny new members and looking forward to know all the new and old members .

hello sam and mesandy, nice to hear from u after a long time and sorry for the difficulty due to closure of the forum cuz of upgradation and renewal of servers , but now we are back with a bang like sam says and want u to pls help the members they way u were doing before by posting helpful articles and replies , so looking forward for ur help in making this forum a boon for the anxiety and phobias people like u , me and all the members over here.
