Any time any of us starts thinking we aren't strong enough to handle certain things, we should think of accomplishments we have done in the past.
Just a reminder. :)
Although I still find ways to think I can't be strong even though I try to remember mine. But obviously it SHOULD help if someone concentrates and thinks enough on what it took to accomplish things in the past.
