Hi everyone. How are you all?
I just wanted to post this, as i feel it could possibly be beneficial to some people.
My aunt studies health kinesiology which is a type of CAM.(complimentary and alternative medicine) and through a recent course she has been on, she has found out that the smell of frankincense can have benefiacial effects on people who suffer from anxiety. It sounds very whacky and weird, but at the end of the day, who wouldn't be willing on trying absolutely anything (especially something as harmless as this) to help there disorder. Even if it is in just a minor way. Apparantly, the smell of it does something (which is difficult to explain) in your brain (something to do with smell receptors and stuff) and in turn can help to relax (or even prevent) panic attacks.
I promise you this is not just some foddy doddy crap from some witchdoctor who wants to sell anything they own to get drugs or something. This has actually been worked out by top kinesiologists in a scientific manner.
I also want to add that health kinesiology has been really helpful to me in the past, and i put my trust in it as a working form of alternative medicine. It has helped me overcome hayfever, loose weight, and lead a healthier lifestyle.
if anyone would like more info here is a helpful website. http://www.hk4health.co.uk/
Hope it could help a little. Wish you all luck
thanks,
minxy.
