Fear..... It can be real or imaginary.
It will make people do weird things.
Imaginary fear is more dangerous as it aggravates the problem.
If a person is living in fear, he is bound to fall into problems created because of fear.
A person can feel insecure, he might start procrastinating if he fears something. Fear can make a person anxious, it can even destroy relationships.
So, how do we tackle this monster called fear?
We know so many people who would say - I fear this, I fear that.... But do you know that 'monster fear' is afraid of whom ?
'Monster Fear' is afraid of FAITH.
Where there is faith, there is no fear.
You can take any example which illustrates this fact
- In cricket, If a batsman has faith in himself that he will do a goal, will he
fear the bowler?
- If a painter has faith in himself that he will create a masterpiece, will he
fear the canvas?
- If a child or teenager has faith in himself that he can win in a computer
game, will he fear the computer player?
Faith has great powers in it. Fight fear by having faith.
If you have faith in yourself that everything is going to turn out good for you and that you are going to achieve your goals, If you have built enough faith, then even if any obstacle comes in your path, you will be able to conquer it.
There is a bible verse whose English translation says:
If you have faith, everything shall be possible to you.
Whatever fear you have, just remove it by filling your mind with thoughts of FAITH.
If you have fear of failure - Imagine yourself succeeding. Try doing it repeatedly. Tell yourself that you will always succeed no matter what, and if you do that repeatedly, all your fears will vanish away.
If you have fear of rejection from the one you love - Imagine your lover saying yes to you when you propose her/him. Imagine both of you sharing a wonderful relationship. Do this repeatedly and u will actually start feeling confident, no fear.
The point is that you need to give yourself positive thoughts again and again. Once you do that repeatedly - You will develop faith, and where there is faith, there is no fear. :)
I hope it helps :)
