Hi Guys,
Well in the name of helping myself feel better, here's what I have done so far:
1. Had a long lie in bed, read the papers in bed with decaf coffee.
2. Not smoked
3. chatted to my mum and my future sister in law about her wedding.
4. Now it's evening, cooking Italian
5. Watching a marathon of Frasier. Niles puts a smile on my face every time
6. Plan to watch two DVDs tonight - Woody Allen's "Manhatten" and "Dream Girls" - with popcorn.
7. Started preparing for my holiday next week and focusing on sunshine, a week with absolutely no agenda, except sitting by the Med (Kefalonia) and eating in tavernas.
8. Bought new clothes for holiday!
Feeling fine and dandy - anxiety there, but back of my mind. Had such a late night online I'm too tired to worry about anxiety problems tonight. It can wait til tomorrow or the next day.
