AAAAAHHHH a Germ!!!!!!!!

Are you scared of a tiny germ???

Well I am!

I am not as bad as others but I am aware of the little teeny weeny germs out there!
Apparently lots of Anxiety suffers are afraid of GERMS!!

i WONT touch public doors with my bare hands, I try to kick it open or I use my sleeve.
I pretty much hold my breath when in Public toilets. I never touch the toilet ahhhh.
I dont hold onto the railing on stairways. I dont push buttons on lifts-ATMs-public phones-doorbells....ect
If I need to fill up the car with petrol or use a shopping trolley or basket ect I always wipe my hands with wetones.

This might seem crazy to some but I have just seen so many Dirty Nose-Picking people out there touching the same thing as me that I feel I have no choice but to be like this.

Is anybody else like this??:confused:
Just think of all the public places that you attend. do you touch anything? how many other people touch the same thing too??

hello annmare , how do you doing , i read about your fear for germs well its unusual but it is a kind of phobia and you could find which one exactly you have by reading my thread on unusual phobias - animal/creatures
it would really help u in finding what phobia u have and after that i would help u in that .
