Are "Panic Attacks" And "Anxiety Attacks" The Same Thing?
In the broadest sense of the terms - yes, they are the same.
However, people sometimes mean different things when they use these terms.
Normally when someone uses the term “anxiety attack” they’re probably trying to convey one of the following meanings:
Panic Disorder, on the other hand (this is where you suffer recurrently from panic attacks), comes under the vast umbrella that is known as Anxiety Disorders as classified by the National Institute of Mental Health, or NIMH.
I’ve discussed these disorders and their symptoms in detail in a section of my book (Curing Your Anxiety and Panic Attacks). The chapter is called “Which Category Do you Fall into?”, and helps you determine which you may be suffering from.
The Fear That Locks Down Your Life
There are many things you can do to cope with or prevent your anxiety attacks.
For myself, I found that the best way to start the journey is to first understand what you’re up against.
There are, in my experience, 6 specific steps in overcoming your anxiety and panic attack...
Step 1: Recognize that you are in fact having anxiety or panic attacks.
Step 2: Identify what triggers your attacks. You might think you already know what those triggers are -- and you may be surprised to find out what they really are.
Step 3: Obtain an accurate diagnosis from a doctor or a qualified professional, or identify for yourself what type of Anxiety or Panic Disorder you suffer from. This is key to getting relief from your fear and panic.
Step 4: Share your feelings with someone you trust to help you such as a friend or a family member.
Step 5: Follow a few simple procedures to help you cope with an attack; in my book I share some specific, rapid and reliable techniques that have been shown to give almost instant relief.
Step 6: Get treatment for yourself, either through Natural Remedies or through Medication. (Medication isn't always a bad idea -- but the trick is knowing for sure whether you should be taking medication or not).
Any or all of these steps can help you to fight your anxiety attacks, and help you to get on with the business of living.
In the book I spell out a whole system of relief in great detail.
"This irrational fear would bring on intense bouts of anxiety"
Just a brief few words to say thanks for the ebook and audio presenation. Many people laugh when I tell them that I have a fear of spiders (yes even the tiny innocent ones that people call money spiders).
For me, however this irrational fear would bring on intense bouts of anxiety and involuntary sweats that I couldn't control. The breathing trick that you outline in one of the chapters was a great help and learning this simple technique in itself is just one reason why others could benefit from the wisdom wihin these pages.
Maybe more importantly this book gives you the reassurance that suffferers of anxiety and phobias are not alone.

Help yourself to a new life without fear or worry.
"It has equipped me with handy hints, tips and reminders"
I have always battled with anxiety around business meetings - with new contacts especially. My anxious feelings generally surface the night before an important meeting and worsen as it gets nearer to the time.
I generally feel very on edge, lacking in confidence and unsure of myself or how I come across. Since reading the ebook I have been able to gain a new perspective.
It has equipped me with handy hints, tips and reminders of how to deal with my feelings of anxiety so I can get back in control and stop these feelings overwhelming me.
I would really recommend this for anyone who suffers from this or any kind of worry/anxious state. It's been a real turning point.

Maybe you've even learned to cope with your anxiety and panic disorder. Some people adjust to living in fear all the time. That's a recipe for misery. Not only that...
There are facts about anxiety and panic disorders you should know.
Facts that most people don't know; but ignoring these facts can result in very bad things happening to you.
That's just some of the information I cover in my book.
I go into detail about...
Isn't it time you took your life back?
Of course it is. And by getting the self help book and anxiety guide, you can do just that.
You might be wondering...
How Much Does The Self Help Book and Anxiety Guide Cost?
Right about now, if I were you, I'd be wondering how much this book costs. Well, first let me ask you this: how much is it worth to be freed from your anxiety and fear?
Put another way... if you could pay $100 and forever stop your panic attacks, would you do it? If you suffer from heart-freezing anxiety, you know you would.
Would you pay $200, or even $500... if you knew you could once and for all stop the fear and panic?
Of course I'm not going to ask for $500, or $200, or even $100 for the book. Because let's face it: you don't know for sure if it will work for you.
So here's what I'm going to do...

Doesn't $17.95 seem reasonable?
And just in case you missed what I was saying, let me be clear...
