Showing anger honestly and clearly without shouting will give you respect in the surroundings. You should maintain clear moral when you show your anger. You should not hurt the week persons.

You can use your creativity to come out of the anger. Sudden wit, spontaneous comments etc will ease the situation. The ability to forgive is an effective anger management technique.

Some free anger management techniques are as follows:

You should not try to control your anger. We have been taught to bottle up our emotions from our childhood. But this will surely lead to depression. Express your anger but remember you should hurt others.

Mental therapy along with physical exercises helps more people to manage anger. You do the physical activity with the mental intention of releasing your anger. This will help you more.

You should release your anger with its full intensity. If you never express or release your anger together for several years, then it will definitely lead to some illness. This will affect your health. So combine your physical activity with mental therapies.

You should remember that you can express anger in a safer way without hurting other persons. If your anger hurts other person, he will hide his anger and will wait for an opportunity to take revenge on you.

If your anger is directed to any particular person, then you should discover some other ways to express your anger. You can release your anger by listening to good music.

Most people go to their private room and hit the pillow with hands, legs and throw waste paper plates or some other old things. They revealed that they can release anger in these ways and feel free after doing these.

If you do not have any private room at the time you got anger, then express your anger in some other secluded place. Even your car is enough to release your anger.

The final and important step is to forgive the person who made you angry. This will help you and the other person. Forgiving can help to release your anger and you can feel free afterwards.
